Our Policies, Guarantee, and Terms of Sale:

Purchasing a Puppy:
We want anyone who adopts one of our puppies to have a memorable experience. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have. If you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies, the first thing you need to do is to contact us and let us know exactly what you're looking for in your new family member. We will be happy to send pictures, pedigrees and other information on puppies we have available. You may contact us by email at any time either before or after adopting a puppy.

Registration:
All of our puppies and adults are AKC registered. We sell our puppies as pets with AKC limited registration and a spay/neuter contract. Show puppies are available starting at 6 months of age and are sold under written contract. Our puppies cannot be resold.

Health Guarantee:
All of our puppies come with a one year health guarantee. If within the gurantee period, your puppy develops a congenital problem that will seriously affect its quality of life or require life long medication, we will replace it with a similar puppy as soon as one becomes available.

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 to $500.00 (depending on the puppy) is required to hold a puppy until the age of 12 weeks. Deposits are non-refundable and no puppy will be held or reserved until a deposit is received. Deposits can be made by money order, cashier's check or by PayPal. If mailing a money order, or cashier's check, it should be sent by Priority mail or Overnight delivery.

The deposit will be applied to the purchase price of a puppy and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due and payable when the puppy is 12 weeks old. If puppy is being shipped to buyer, balance is due (plus shipping charges) at least 10 days prior to the ship date. Buyer will be notified of the date the puppy is ready to be picked up. Buyer must make arrangements to pick up their puppy within 2 weeks of this date, unless puppy is being shipped to Buyer or other arrangements have been agreed to by both Buyer and Breeder. If Buyer fails to pick up their puppy within the 2-week period and had not made other arrangements with Breeder, Buyer’s deposit is not transferable towards another puppy.

Breeder will notify Buyer as to availability of a puppy and reserves the right to void the agreement if Buyer fails to comply with payment terms or fails to notify Breeder about changes to or cancellation of puppy delivery date. We will accept a deposit in good faith and reserve the right to return the deposit and cancel the agreement if Buyer has falsified any information or it becomes evident that Buyer will not provide an acceptable home for the puppy. The deposit is transferable to a puppy at a later date (within 6 months from receipt) if arrangements are made with Breeder.

Vaccinations:
Your puppy will arrive with his/her necessary vaccinations and will have been wormed several times. Every puppy goes home with a "puppy pack" which includes the following: food, blanket, stuffed toy, care booklet, health record and pedigree. The registration papers will not be signed over to the buyer until we receive proof of completed spay/neuter process.

Lifetime policy:
If at any time in the life of the dog the owner can no longer keep it, the dog MUST be returned to us unless we give permission otherwise.

All puppies are:
Vet checked and current on all vaccinations
De-wormed several times
Carrier trained and started on potty training
Honestly represented to potential owners
